Are you feeling “stuck”? Do you feel stressed? Do you feel inflexible? Do you want to feel better, physically and emotionally ? Do you want to improve your sleep? When your answer is yes to one or more of these questions, please join us in one of our yoga classes. Experience the difference. You or your body decide what to do. Expect to feel calmer, centered and peaceful. Just after 1 class you can feel the difference. When you go back out in the world, your body will tighten again and you feel the same, or almost the same as before. With one big difference……….. you and your body know now what you can do to create a peaceful and calm mind again. It is time for your next yoga class. Usually the changes you create in a class stay 2-3 days with you. As you commit yourself to a regular yoga practice, you are teaching your body to stay open and centered. You do the same things and the same things are happening around you, the only difference is YOU. You are not reacting to everything the same way. You also make different choices. Some of the things you did or thought are not making sense anymore. Then you know, you have taken your yoga practice “of the mat” and into your life. As my teacher always said: “Do more Yoga”
