Heaven on Earth Yoga opened its doors in 1998 Through support and proper alignment we unravel tension in the muscles, this way the bones can re-align themselves. We become more open and quiet the mind at the same time. Our intention is to help our students listen and connect with their body and mind. That allows us to grow older more gracefully.

Marianne

is an experienced yoga instructor with thousands of hours of intensive training with Gurudevi Nirmalananda (Rama Berch) Svaroopa Yoga. She has trained with Kim Orr, Contemplative Practice yoga and John Vosler and Kamin Desai for Amrit Yoga Nidra.

Props

As for anything if you want to fully commit, no matter what it is, you need the right tools in your tool box. To practice yoga comfortably you need:

 

  •  4-6 yoga blankets

  • 2-4 yoga blocks

  • a folding chair

  • wall space

  • 90 min. of your time

 

More support equals more release. 90 min. may sounds like a long time for some, but when you are in the class and be in the moment, time goes by so fast.
